We have an inventory of quality materials, a library of reference books, and a terrific network of other skilled leatherworkers who cheerfully provide advice about how to carry out a special job when we're challenged.
For instance, our customer wanted a Buddy seat for his old Harley, and he showed Keith a picture of what he was looking for: a seat made by Tom Hayashi of Junk-Motor in Saitama, Japan. Tom builds beautiful Buddy seats, and he was kind enough to share his knowledge and experience with Keith. Our customer says, "Thanks Keith it looks awesome, you do amazing work!"
The Corsair headrests are another interesting project. Our client is undertaking an authentic restoration of a vintage Corsair fighter plane, and he asked Keith to build the headrests for him. Keith really loves airplanes, so he was happy to oblige.
And of course, our niece Baret needed a briefcase to carry her laptop, and Uncle Keith took special pains with this project.
Last but not least, how gratifying to fix a boot for someone who needs an accommodation.
Variety is the spice of life, and we'll be happy to take a look at what you have in mind. |
